Well got home, practically starving to death, to find my cat Cricket dead. I rescued him from a gas station as a kitten. He's always had health problems and lately they seemed to have the upper hand and today i found him ...gone. needless to say I am no longer hungry and think I may never eat again. I grabbed a walmart bag and grabbed holding him by the abdomen making all his innerd slosh in my hand and causes gases to move...ak.a. dead kitty fart. I didn't know whether to laugh or gag, so i continue my journey shake light in one hand, dead cat in the other, toward a ravine type ditch thingy; because, we don't own a shovel. all the while smelling his putrescent odor. So after cleaning my hands like a million times I thought I'd share. I should be more torn up about it but I kinda saw it coming, and I get my logic from mom, when something is really bad you joke about it. Thanks for listening/reading. I'll try not to post any more blogs like these. Hope everyone is well. Love to the covenspacers.

When my cat, Harmonny, passed over Bifrost Bridge, I found her under the bed just under where I sleep. She had been quite ill for a few weeks so I knew it wouln't be long. I'm sorry you had to find her, but at least she made you smile at the end, if only briefly...a true sign of love. |

Oh baby, I am so sorry about Cricket. he was a sweet boy. You gave him a great life even though it was short. I'm so sorry, I am laughing my ass off about the kitty fart. Yep, I'm a sick puppy lol! Now you know where you get your sick sense of humor. Autumn Moon |

That sucks. :( Death is depressing and pretty brutal on the smell front. Sorry Cricket left, but like you said, at least you knew it was coming. Kate |
